Resolving Conflict

When conflict is not properly managed, it becomes disruptive and detrimental. This program teaches people in leadership roles to recognize situations where they need to intervene to resolve conflict.
Pre-work
A self administered assessment is used to focus participants on developing personal learning goals.
Post-work
At the conclusion of the program a follow-up assessment will be administered to measure the effectiveness of the training program.
