Effective hiring decisions are made when they are based on an understanding of an individual’s technical and personal competencies required for success. Too often interviewers focus solely on technical requirements not on a person’s personal and interpersonal competencies. This program teaches interviewers to clarify job requirements, develop questions that will explore an individual’s personal experience.
Pre-work
A self administered assessment is used to focus participants on developing personal learning goals.
Post-work
At the conclusion of the program a follow-up assessment will be administered to measure the effectiveness of the training program.
