Art and Science of Group Facilitation (Six Sigma)

This course is designed to dovetail with companies that use Six-Sigma processes. It develops qualified internal “Team Facilitators” who are then responsible for successfully guiding teams in the refinement and implementation of key strategic initiatives and are prepared to facilitate future process improvement projects as qualified facilitators.
Post-work
Work with coach to complete first contracting meeting with Project Sponsor.
Mentoring to prepare for first facilitation event.
Co-facilitation of first Six-Sigma event
